PhotoPass Experts - I have a few questions

Hi All,

For those of you that are PhotoPass experts, could you help me out with a few questions that I can't seem to find the answers to anywhere? Thanks!

- Pictures from WDW trip are in our PP account.
- Pre-purchased the PP CD.
- Working on editing our pictures.

1. Do all the "new" photos (with borders) go on my CD along with originals?

2. Realized that DL will be decked for the holidays just before our pictures expire. If I go to DL, get some PP pictures taken and add them to my account, can I get DL at the Holidays on my CD along with pics from our WDW Anniversary trip? On same note, can I add my pictures from DL decked out for Halloween that I had taken 2 days ago?

3. In the PP website, there are stock photos that are for purchase. (Castle, EPCOT sphere, Studio's Hat, etc...). Can I somehow add those to my CD?

I'm losing my expertise since it's been awhile since I used it, but I'll try anyway.

Stock photos do NOT go on the CD.

The photos that you create by adding borders, signatures, and borders'n signatures do go on your CD. Each time you save an edit, it makes another picture, those are indeed on the CD.

If you go to DLR inside the expiration time, you should be able to access the appropriate borders for the photos. Since I've noticed that the borders for each picture can be different, I'm not sure that the borders for holidays at DLR will show up on the WDW photos. Just like if you go to DCA and have pictures taken, you'll see a DCA border but not a DL border, I think the holiday stuff will stay specific for specific pix.

But gosh it cannot hurt to try! And even if that isn't possible it would still be fun to have pictures from the two trips!

Thanks for replying. So.. is there any way to get the stock photos with borders to match our other pictures? At all?

Also, I know this has been discussed before and I can't remember how people worked around it. There is a border DH really likes. It is available for all of our photopass pics, but not our own pics. Grrr. Some people a while back posted how they work around that. I can't remember. Anyone?

ETA: Just thought I would let Bumbershoot (and anyone else interested) know: I added my DL Halloween pictures and I get all sorts of DLR Halloween borders (different from my WDW Halloween borders), so it looks like if I time it just right, yes, I can get holiday photos on the CD too! hehe

I know that on the PP website, the borders you can add to your uploaded photos are different than the ones you can add to PP photos. I think the only way to get a stock photo is to buy one from the PP site, though you can incorporate stock photos into the Disney's PhotoBook service.
