I'm sorry to say it, but I have been trying for the past hour to make it take the code and it says invalid. Too much use? I'd like to think it was just me, but I don't know what else I could be doing wrong. I've tried PHOTOCD in all caps and lowercase.

If someone tries and succeeds after 3:30 p.m. EST, please let me know. I would love to order one for our upcoming trip.

I'm glad I did it earlier, too! I was going to hold out to see if I got a coupon in the mail with my travel documents...to see if it was better....but went ahead and bought it.

Saw this thread so I threw the pre-purchase photopass in my cart and then entered the code (this was before it stopped working). I've never bought this before, so, do I leave it in my cart until my trip in december? Do I click on the "Checkout" button now? Or do I do it after I enter my card numbers when I go in December? I don't want to lose it for this price, but I don't want to order a blank CD either. If I don't do the "Checkout" button now, will it stay in my cart and then I add in the card numbers after my trip, and then do the "Checkout" button? I'm so confused and I don't have a chance to read all the fine print with my 7mo DD and 2.5 DS. Thanks for answering my stupid question!

You have to checkout - I would be surprised if they still accept your code.

If they do - once you get home - load your photopass pictures in and then order the CD and they will apply the credit to your order.

I am going in Sept. I had my pre order photopass in the cart with the code and for some reason I didn't order. I was shocked to hear that the code was not working any longer. I went back to my cart and there it was with the code. so I submitted it and I did get the 20 off.

I got it! (much earlier today....) would have liked to put off buying until later, but I thought ...it's a really good price...it won't last!

This is a preorder - designed to use once you get home. You can't order it after your trip - it has to be a preorder.

Darn! Please post if this starts working again. I was going to order it but wanted to run it by DP first. I didn't think it would expire in 1 day! Our trip isn't until next year so hopefully it will start working again or another code will come out before then!

It will jsut sit in your cart as a photo CD credit.
But you have to pay now.

no, it has to be bought before the 1st picture is taken.

My guess is that photopass caught wind of the deal and put a stop to the code.

On the Photopass thread in Families sections someone said a CM said that the code is a fraud. I wonder if Disney will not honor the $79.95 price. Anybody get a refund yet?

I love how they say it was a fraud, as far as I am concerned, it is Disney problem since it was accepted on their site and valid. Hopefully they won't cancel our orders.

It was fraud enough for the code to be put in the system and long enough for it to be posted on a bunch of websites???? Makes no sense.

Anywho...mine says "processing". I received a confirmation email yesterday though. Do they usually say this? We've never done one of these before.
