Photopass.com order: How long should I wait?

I placed an order through Photopass.com on June 25 (yes, over 3 weeks ago) and it hasn't arrived. Should I start to worry? The order tracking page simply says "completed." What does that mean? The order is filled but not shipped? Delivered? It's pretty vague. I sent in an email but got the canned response that tells me I'll get a response when they are good & ready to read my email. I'm wondering if my order got lost in the mail, or returned to them (my postman is an idiot & my correctly-addressed mail often gets returned to sender) or if it was delivered to my apartment office and they haven't told me, or if it normally takes this long.

How long have others had to wait for their Photopass order?

I would try to call if you can find a phone number to call. It could have been misdelivered. We order a picture and received it within 10 days. So something could have happend.

We only ordered 1 picture and it arrived in about 8 days. I would try to call them.

Does anyone have a number to call? I did receive an email response, but it basically says to wait 2 days and then email them again. Meanwhile I've got a call in to my apartment office but they don't think they have anything. It was only one picture, but it was really cute & I've got an empty frame just waiting for it!

Ours came very quickly also. I'm afraid your order has gone astray. I would definitely try to contact someone. Good Luck!
