Photopass CD - pre purchase

I know I've seen that you can purchase a photopass cd before your trip for $99 and some change rather than spending the $150 after the trip. Due to Disney research overload I can't remember where I've seen that. However I went to the photopass site and registered so I could go ahead and buy it and can't find that anywhere. Was it just a one time promotion or am I blind?
