Photopass cd delivery... impressive

Completed my editing of photos and submitted order on Wednesday evening.
Parcel delivery by Fed-ex today with 3 photo cds.
With the pre-paid photocd even the international shipping charges of $17 were credited to zero

That is impressive. I have prepaid for this trip. Hope we get some good pics.

I have had quite a bit of stuff delivered from both UK and US for this trip, stuff for gifts on the cruise, magnetic strip, all sorts of stuff but it always impresses me how fast items get here from the US. Best was embroided name patches for the Fish Extender, all 3 names embroided and delivered in no time for price of 1 in UK. The Characters also came from US cheaper and as fast as a UK supplier.

Did you pay for shipping when you pre ordered or did they ask for it after you ordered your CD's?
I prepaid last week from here http://www.disneyphotopass.com/previsitcdplan.aspx and it said shipping international shipping $0.00

When I pre-ordered international shipping was $0.00 but then when I ordered the actual CD I entered the code it reduced the cost of the CD $0 but charged $17 shipping which I had to pay for.

They have PP photographers in front of the 'icons' in each park - Castle, Spacehip Earth etc.
Also the character meets - the permanent ones have a PP photographer, you just give them your card and they snap away!
You can insert your card on Test Track where you view the ride photos and that will go to your account.
At Chritmas they had some photographers in some of the Deluxe lobbys - usually in front of the tree.
Some do 'special' shots where you look suprised and they put a Tinkerbell in the picture, you can hold Simba and a few others.
When you get home you can edit the pics, zoom in, black and white, add borders. This increases the number of photos on the CD as you keep the original too.

I would recommend doing this as they can get some great shots

Its the 1st time we have prepaid, I am quite a keen photographer and like to take my own but this time decided to give it a go and get some family shots. As for value, at Xmas we had a family pic taken in front of Castle with the 3 of us and DMIL, got home looked online and decided we wanted it, cost me $15 to download 1 pic, with this you can have unlimited pics for $99.

Mine was here in 5 days Reid-hope your pleased with it-i was with mine.I also ended up with 3 cd's .x.

Paul-you could have 1 cd or 10 cd's full of your pics and you only pay the one charge .Depending on how many pics you have,depends on how many cd's you need.x.

Janine-we used photopass for the first time in Easter this year-and i highly recommend it .We got 484 pics taken and once home and done our editing-adding borders,sigs etc..we ended up with 3 cd's containing 1,136 pics.x.

Elise79--I pre-paid for my photopass in Jan 2009 for use in Easter 2009,and my shipping was $0.x.

Fab - I did have to pay the shipping but well worth it - they tried to deliver it today so I'm hoping it will now be here tomorrow. We had over 2,800 so I'm a bit worried how many cd's there will be....lol!
