PhotoKey at TDR?

I'm leaving for a dream trip to TDR in a couple of days, and I was wondering about photo options at the parks. I've found that they have PhotoKey, which sounds quite similar to PhotoPass offered at the US parks, but the disc with all your pictures can only be shipped to a Japan address.

Does anyone know if it's possible to actually purchase the CD while still in TDR before we return home? If so, what's the current price?
