Is there any way to pay deposits other than sending card details ,not sure about safety of that method

Most people will not ask you to email your card info. I've been dealing with a couple of vendors (videography and photography) and they have asked for mailed checks. If the vendor has a PayPal or can set one up that would work to since you can request and/or send money through PayPal. I wouldn't recommend emailing card info though.
