Photography gift ideas?

DH loves cameras and taking pictures. He just got the Canon EOS D7. He wants me to get a DVD that is out on how to use the camera for Christmas. I was wondering if there are also any other good DVD's or books out there for amateur photographers. Like photography lessons or something. Or any other photography gift ideas.

Books are always a good gift.One author's name that always pops up here is Bryan Peterson.I have two of his books and they were and are a good read.Understanding Exposure revised edition and Understanding Close-Up Photography.I got them at Books A Million for under $25 each.This being Black Friday media storage cards are very cheap now,can never have too many of these.I nice gadget bag or backpack.external flash.Hope this helps.

I should definitely look into media cards. The HD video eats up space on his 8gb.
