Special mention to the poster that had the St James General Store on Long Island NY for the memory (I should have PM'd when I first saw it) my Dad & I used to go there all the time when they baked homemade chocolate chip cookies (45 yrs ago ) I can still hear those creaking wooden floor boards

I was the poster. I love that store! And it is only 20 min from me. DS got the oatmeal cookies this trip and they were really good too.
