Great additions to the thread! I can't say it enough, I love all of these photos.

I could go on and on.

Right now I have 2 parakeets, as most of you know, I lost my poodle in Nov.

I am going to be getting a new puppy in a few weeks. I mentioned to a few people that I was looking for a free puppy. Well, a free one has come along. The litter is 4 weeks old now. The mom is a full boxer, and the dad is a lab and blue tick hound mix. LOL! If all goes as planned, I will have a new puppy!

I feel guilty for getting a new dog, is this a normal feeling? I feel as though I am replacing the one that I lost.

I just wanted to update all my friends on here. The puppy fell through. The owner decided he wanted to keep 2 instead of just 1 puppy and that was the one he promised to me. I was disappointed. I will eventually get another dog, been looking on petfinder, they have alot of nice dogs listed.

After the puppy fell through, we went to the shelter to "look" Here is who came home with us. He is a mixed border collie. Really sweet. Seems to love living here with us!

I have to say that I have never been a fan of Dobermans until this dog. They always kind of freaked me out, but Rolo (her dobie) thinks I am the greatest thing since sliced bread, so obviously I love him!! He's not a fan of all people and I'm very happy that I'm one of the people that he loves even though I only see him about once a year!
