Photographer at Castaway Ray's Stingray Adventure?

I'll be doing the adult snorkeling excursion at the same time that my mom & son will be doing the stingray adventure. Will there be a photographer on hand to capture these special memories or should I give my mom a camera to bring with her? (We're purchasing the photo package.)

That was also our experience. Sometimes, photographers show up during an excursion but it happened once or twice in the 40+ DCL excursions we took.

Yes, I took a lot of pictures during the feeding of the sting rays and when we were swimming with them. You can look at my trip report in my signature I did the excursion on my Fantasy honeymoon cruise.

My family has done this excursion multiple times with underwater cameras and no issues
