I got the rare perfect day this past weekend - very deep blue skies, super-clear air, cooler, and sunshine sunshine. No haze, no pollution, no high humidity. It made for some lovely skies, excellent light, and beautiful blue reflections on the swampy waters that turn them glassy and mirrorlike - so the birding was particularly nice.
