handicap18...THANKS for snow pictures! Living about 2 hours from the coast of Texas we almost NEVER get to see snow. Cold-yes (26 low this am) but none of the pretty stuff. Love them...post more!

I'm not really up to speed on the D3000 or D5000, but I always check out DP review for in-depth reviews.
