Backside of Cinderella's Castle in Silhouette

Canon T1i - 18mm (not 250 or even anywhere near it!) - 1/80s @ f/22 - ISO 100

Processed in LR3, desaturating all colors except yellow and orange, upping the black to form a better silhouette, cropping from the former portrait orientation, and adding a vignette. Yeah, this is a bit more processed than some of the others I've posted and I'm not sure if I'm even 100% finished with it, but it struck me last night around 1am and I like it.

Since I'm currently redoing all of my 2011 Disney photos, some are jumping out at me again... so the theme over the next few will be Disney. If you don't like it, you're on the wrong message board! :p

Ahem...

A Self-"Portrait"

Canon T1i - 48mm (Yes, that's 2 in a row not at max focal length or even using the 55-250!) - 1/100s @ f/16 - ISO 100 - Cropped down a bit.

This photo was previously in my "yuck" box, but with some post work it came out a bit more interesting. It's a strange crop (I typically keep the standard aspect ratio), but it works to give it a panoramic feel. (It's not yet uploaded to my primary hosting, so it's just an image floating in the folders of my website stuff)

Canon T1i - 8mm (as far away from 250mm that I can get!) - 1/250s @ f/11 - ISO 100. Heavily cropped and applied LR3 presets "Antique Greyscale" and a vignette along with some other exposure, clarity, and such tweaks.

I had attempted to shoot Hall of Presidents on Day 2 of my last trip. I had figured, "Hey, it's dark in there, I need my nifty 50." I'm sure you can guess the results. I learned to stick my metering to the stage from that and that I didn't really need to be stuck with 50mm. As such this came a couple days later.

Canon T1i - 250mm (yep, back to it) - 1/50s @ f/10 - ISO 3200 (Maybe I should have stuck with the nifty 50...)

Walking out to the car after a full day at Epcot, I noticed how pretty the sunset looked. Then I saw a monorail in the distance and ran with all the strength I had left to get past a line of trees that was blocking my angle on the sun. Well, the monorail was a little faster than my Pooh-sized self could pull off, but I managed to catch just a piece of it. At the time, I was disappointed that I'd missed it. Looking at the picture, now, I think it still turned out pretty cool, even if I do wish there was just a little more of the monorail showing.
