Photo pass on 7DMT question

Are there two photo spots on 7DMT? And is there a still a video that they upload on memory maker?

We rode 7DMT and unfortunately I didn’t think to ask for front of the car so my 4year old is completely obscured in the straight on view. I remember seeing people in previous post with a side angle, is that still happening? Is there still a video that should load?

We did purchase memory maker, but the 7DMT images actually took like 3-4days before appearing, longer than any others and I ended up calling them to search for the pics so I’m just wondering if I need to call again if there should have been more?? Thanks

Early this year, I was consistently getting two different angle pictures (front and side) and a video. But in July, we rode several times and only ever got one angle (front) and a video. Bit of a bummer, because I seemed to always get good group shots when you had two chances.

I just checked my photos from earlier this month, and my photos from last September. You are correct, last year I had two photo angles and a video. This year it's only the straight on view and the video.

In March I got the two different angle pictures and the video and in July it was down to just the one picture. Not a big deal but still disappointing. There seems to be a theme of that...

I was there two weeks ago, and I didn't get a video, just the straight on shot.

I was there on Monday. They handed me a black and white xerox paper copy of a pic of the entire train right after everyone was loaded, and we were waiting for the ride to start.

Thanks y’all. Sounds like another phone call may be worthwhile to see if I can at least track down the video since we didn’t receive that. Normally I wouldn’t bother taking so much effort, but it was my daughter’s first roller coaster ever so I think it’ll be nice to have that memory.

Yep. Phone call is in order. Hopefully it's just something stupid, like the video didn't get connected or something.

Did you get any other videos? We got one in 2017 from Buzz Lightyear, as well, although, it's just the photo with a 15 second Buzz cartoon overlayed.
