Photo pass # invalid

I just on to look at our photo pass pictures for the first time and it is telling me the number is invalid. We had so many pictures taken because I pre-purchased the cd. I emailed their support and will wait to hear back. I am just bummed and needed to vent!:sad:
 
Maybe just a computer glitch. Sometimes their website is buggy.

How long has it been since they took the first picture on your Photopass?

I've heard wonderful stories about the Photopass folks finding missing pictures when something went wrong. I have faith that they will find them for you.

I got the same thing the other day when I typed in my code! But about an hour later my pictures were there.

Never figured out why.
 

Also, call don't wait for them to respond to their emails... They have terrible email support!! CALL
 
They might be having website issues, because the site is down right now. (At least at 10:30 when I tried logging in...)
 
My card says invalid also. We had tons of pictures taken earlier this week. I emailed them about it, but haven't heard anything back yet. I'll keep trying and hopefully it will work. :sad1:
