Photo Pass cd preorder?

We leave for Disney on Wednesday morning. Is it too early to preorder the Photo Pass cd? I know I have seen some people post about a voucher, so I wasn't sure how that worked and if I had time to do that.

Also, what do most of you think...is it a good deal? I am mainly interested in not worrying about having my camera for every moment and for great pictures of all 4 of us (which we never have!)

I usually preorder the cd for each trip. I am a scrapbooker so I love pictures. We try to take lots of pictures with the disney photo pass photographers to make it work the money. It's the best way to get group shots with everyone in them, IMO.

If you just want the regular Photopass, you can order now (or months ahead of time). If you wanted the Photopass Plus Pre-order, you have to purchase that at least 14 days in advance. That's the one that involves a voucher.

The regular Photo CD preorder simply needs to be done prior to the first photo being taken. So you could in theory log on from your hotel room at 8:45, buy the preorder, and then walk from Beach club through International Gateway and get pictures taken at 9:00. They will refund the purchase price up to 6 months after you buy it if you get back from your trip and don't like the pictures.

Photopass+ has a requirement to preorder 14 days out as they send you the voucher to redeem in park.

As of now, neither product has a redemption expiration date (outside of the normal Photopass picture expirations and the 14 day use of the Photopass+)
