it's not on the safari. It wasn't taken from an attraction.

I think I see the Tree of life on the right side of the picture

Location wise you are close but the Tree of Life isn't in the photo.

Is it the ancient "broken" statue up in the grass as you are waiting in the ride que for Kali?

Could you please tell me which photo program you are using for the effects? I spent hours last night trying to find which one I had been playing with without luck. Thanks!

Photoshop CS2

Not cheep, hard to learn but it's the gold standard among image editing apps.

Looks like I stumped everyone. Here it is un filtered, look familiar to anyone?

LOL! Doesn't look familiar to me but now I see why I thought I saw a plane and propellors in the filtered picture.

Was this part of the now defunct Discovery River Boats?

Ohhhhh. I thought I saw propellors (sp?) too, but couldn't remember any near Kali.

Thanks for the program info. :thumbsup2

Next picture please.

Out of curiousity, does anyone know what happened to Dznefreak? Used to be his post, but now it's not. No offense at all to rtphokie though.

P.S. what does rtphokie mean anyways?

I've seen him on the Photography board.

being from Raleigh, I'm surprised you couldn't crack the code. You should be very familiar with the RTP part (but I'll ramble on about it here for the benefit of others) and you should also be pretty familiar with the Hokie part too, there are enough of us in the area.

Research Triangle Park (RTP) is the largest research park in the world, and it is located near Durham, Raleigh and Chapel Hill, North Carolina. It is one of the most prominent high-tech research and development centers in the United States and has been compared to Silicon Valley. It was created in 1959 by nearby universities (NC State, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and Duke) which make up the rough tips of the triangle.

Hokies has been the sport mascot of Virginia Tech since 1961. And before anyone asks, the answer to the question "Whats a Hokie?" is here.

I work in RTP, and am an alumnus of Virginia Tech. I've run our alumni chapter's webpage (http://www.rtphokie.org). I adopted the screenname administering that web site when it was created back in late 1994 and have used it ever since.

Okay, I thought you meant rtp, but I wasn't sure. I couldn't find where you were from. But then again, I'm also not the most astute person alive. The same goes for the hokie part. Sorry for the complete oblivious-ness.

On to the photo.....
Is it the tomorrowland skyway?
