my take on it( definitely hope to get better when i get a tablet) i didn't do much with it just in elements 5, added clip art shrek( hope that is allowed now that i think of it) drew a shaky cone with my mouse, cropped and added lick marks by liquefying the castle
i guess i just don't have much "make it pretty" genes in me, the wise guy ones are just to dominant

Can you share how it was done?

If I can remember ... I was playing around with so many effects that day.

... I took the photo, enhanced it a bit (sharpness, brightness/contrast), then saved it ... then took it and changed it to IR, saved that one and then played with the curves (lighten/darken) and saved those. Then I went into the HDR Photo Merge in PSPPhoto and merged all the pics together ...

Truthfully I wasn't sure what I would get and was pleasantly surprised at the results.
