Photo Connect

Has anyone pre-bought the photo connect and when you got the email, the barcodes are not there(it is showing the symbol for a broken link...no barcode)

I sent Customer Service an email and have gotten nothing back. '

Any Advice?

I'd try pulling the email up in a different browser or from a different device.

I have tried both, and no difference.

This was a while ago, but I've seen this posted on the Photo Connect Facebook page and the response has been to just bring the page with you. Seems to be a somewhat common problem.
