I had arthritis surgery on my hand last fall, I have taken pictures here and there, but it has taken me a long time just to get into really going out and using my camera for fun. Here are some more.

Loving all the pics so far. I had about 50 loaded to Flickr ready to share and I am having huge issues with the site. ALL of my pictures went from public to private and I don't have permission to share them. Seriously??? MY pictures????

I have to go through the tedious job of uploading to a new site. Back to photobucket I go. Hopefully before the summer is over I'll get more posted. I just have to get through my daughters wedding next week.

This was my furbaby on her last day with us. She was almost 18 years old and had been on borrowed time since March of this year. She had been suffering from acute arthritis and we'd been helping her with very strong painkillers since then. She stopped eating in late July. After about 4 days, we and the vet came to the conclusion that we were only prolonging the inevitable. We brought her home to have a last day with us and let her go across the Rainbow Bridge. RIP my sweet baby. You will always be family and we will never forget you.
