Hi! DF and I came home without buying the resorts cookbook. Now he is bumming and wished we had bought it. I remember that there is a phone number that you can call to ask for items that are sold at WDW. Does anyone have that number? TIA!

Many of the recipes served in the various restaurants are available free for the asking.

theresa.joiner@disney.com is who gave me the recipes I requested (via e-mail) from the Canada Pavilion (Le Cellier). If you have a specific request I'm sure she can get the recipe to you - or forward your request to the person in charge of the specific location(s).

I made the Maple Creme Brulee - it was DELISH! Haven't made the cheese soup yet, but am looking forward to it!

FWIW, I have 2 WDW cookbooks - the old red one & the newer blue one - and I like both of them. Recipes turn out really well. Worth buying IMO.

I 'burned' the sugar under the broiler. I didn't have either type of blow torch to use. It worked fine! (You just have to watch it super close!)
