Does anyone have an updated number to call to modify a bounce back?

407-939-1923 is the number that I've found while googling but when I call it says it is disconnected.

I tried calling the regular number and the first agent I got said 'whats a bounceback?'.

If you call the regular number with your existing confirmation number available, they can open the reservation and see a code that they need to enter, when looking for other dates, resorts, etc. for the offer. I've had no problem calling in and checking availability. I think you may have just had an inexperienced agent.

If you again get someone who can't help, ask them to connect you to someone who can.

Did you call 407-939-1923? I recently called that number and got the BB line.
