Phone Number for Magical Express?

I read here, to call the phone number that you use for making a resort reservation. I use 1 800 828 0228 to do that but when I called this morning there was no prompt for Magical Express.

Just thought that I'd check here first and see if I just use the resort reservation prompt to book ME?

When I made my resort reservation a few weeks ago, the CM didn't know too much about it and just told me to show up at the meeting spot for ME. I'm hoping they are more knowledgeable now or is there another phone number that I should be using, hopefully toll free too.

call back on the toll free phone number - ask for reservations - tell them your reservation number - and ask to be added to ME.

you will need the name, airlines, arrive and departure flight number of each and every person in your party.

I have heard that CRO require other stuff - so have a copy of your airlines confirmation in your hands.


this is only for travel after May 5 - before then it is the testing stage and only certain people and certain hotels not to mention airlines are doing it.
