phone messed up and missed interview call. Now what.

My son had an interview scheduled for this evening, he is at college and something happened to his reception and the phone did not ring and it went straight to voicemail. They said to call in the morning and reschedule. How bad is it? Does it count against you? Will there be a problem rescheduling the interview?

No problem just call the number they have him and reschedule. It happened to me last time. I had my interview rescheduled and it was like a week later. They just ask what happened and then give you another time. Full disclosure, I did the program before and so I thought I was a shoe in for the second time but after I missed the call I was NLIC (no longer in consideration) almost immediately after my rescheduled interview was over. I don't know if its bc of te roles I picked or missing the call but it may count against him. Just be extra prepared to give a good interview
