What a very rude answer.
We have been getting "robo" called at my place of business all week, numerous times a day. They seem to be set up just like the one the OP is describing but these are boasting they they can save us 90% on dental insurance. They say press 1 to speak to a rep, 9 to be removed from their list. Pressing 9 simply disconnects you, pressing 1 gives you the option to leave a message. Anything else you press will disconnect you.
Sorry OP, but it sounds like a scam. I agree with PP. Call Disney directly and ask them about it. If nothing else, at least Disney will become aware that people are using their name in scam calls.
