Phone ADRs working for Oct. Fant. Dinner Pkg?

I'm getting ready to make ADRs next week, and noticed the October (well, and September for that matter!) Fantasmic Dinner packages have not been loaded online. Playing around with manually entering the October dates, I was able to get October 9 options to come up, but not October 13, which should be available for booking today (180 days out) Oct 13 just keeps reverting to today's date when I try it. Anyway, so are the phone CMs able to book all of the Sept and Oct Fant. package dates that are 180 days out, or is their system not loaded yet either?

I had the same problem, nothing was showing online, but called and got Mama Melrose for 13 on Thursday 10/6.

You can do it online.

You have to enter the date like this 10/02/2011.

If you select a grey date from the calendar, click on the change search options button or select a date Fantasmic isn't showing it will revert you to tomorrow's date, so double check the date before you give your CC information for the hold.

No, that's what I was trying to say in my OP--October 2 and October 9 can be entered manually like you said (and restaurants come up as available at least for Oct 9 when I just checked.) But if you try to enter October 13, which is 179 days out and has a Fantasmic showing, it reverts to April 17. That's why I was trying to figure out if you called in, if you could get that date. I'd far prefer to do it online!

I just checked, and by manually entering in the date 10/09/2011, I was able to pull up availability around 3 pm for all 3 of the Fantasmic restaurants. Oct 13 is still not coming up.

I tried once more and finally got 10/09/2011 to come up. 10/13/2011 throws me back to todays date. I hope it gets straighted out soon. I really hate calling.

This still doesn't seem to be working... I've tried booking for 10/20 Fantasmic... Tried online and over the phone... Told me nothing at all was available? I find that a little hard to believe... I'll keep trying though!

oh no, Oct. 20th is what I'm wanting to book this week too. I find it impossible to believe it's sold out---I think it definitely has just not been loaded into their system yet.

Yeah I know... I even called twice, just to double check, and both times, they told me there is a show on 10/20 at 7:30pm, but there were no fantasmic reservations available... I'm sure its a glitch though... At least I hope so!

I just called for the Fantasmic dining package on October 20th and they had 2 reservation times at Mama Melrose's: 1:30 lunch and 3:15 dinner (with a 7:30 show). I got the 1:30 lunch.

thank you so much for posting your experience--yikes, sounds like times are pretty limited already, and I still have 4 days before I can reserve.

did you try online before you called, and if so, was it bringing up the 20th?

I tried online this morning (long story short, I miscalculated my 180 days...I thought I had to wait until tomorrow, but when doing a practice reservation I got a real reservation. lol) and no, the Fantasmic package wasn't working. It was resetting the date back to 4/19 like the other posters said, so I called and she offered me those two times.

She can see the reservations that folks have for both lunch and dinners for fantasmic for those dates, but unfortunately they are completely booked... I guess we'll have to hope for general admission or hope for a cancellation of reservations.

hmmmm....well, that is very discouraging to hear. I still find that hard to believe, given that some of the earlier dates in Oct are still available??? But thank you for posting what you heard!
eta: just when and checked online again, and Oct 9 still seems to have lots of availability, and given that that is part of the FAR busier Columbus Day weekend, I still think there is something messed up with regards to Oct 16 and 20th.

How disappointing. I can't make my reservations until Friday and the 20th is the only date we can go for our short trip.
