Phone ADRs working for Oct. Fant. Dinner Pkg?

hmmmm....well, that is very discouraging to hear. I still find that hard to believe, given that some of the earlier dates in Oct are still available??? But thank you for posting what you heard!
eta: just when and checked online again, and Oct 9 still seems to have lots of availability, and given that that is part of the FAR busier Columbus Day weekend, I still think there is something messed up with regards to Oct 16 and 20th.

Something must be going on that weekend. Flights are priced higher that weekend and some of the flights are already sold out. Weird.

I suppose anything is possible. The crowd calendar I just looked at has Oct 9 as a *5* and Oct 16 as a *4* and Oct 20 as a *3*, so it still strikes me that there is something not quite right with their system. I've gone over very busy spring break and summer weeks and not seen Fantasmic sell out this quickly.

I think there are things not loaded into the system yet. All of the dinner shows (Aloha, HDDR, Mickey's BBQ) are greyed out past the 16th. I want to finish my ADRS!

just noticed in another thread that someone called yesterday and was told there was plenty of availability for the Fantasmic dinner package on Oct 16. So there's definitely some screwy information being given out.

I just called again today... They told me nothing available for the 16th, and only thing they had for the 20th was Brown and Derby... I did ask again, and she saw that both Mama Melrose and H&V had reservations that were booked for Fantasmic for the 20th.... So I hope there is an issue, but I have a feeling maybe not...

Another weird thing, I went to the "park hours" page, it'll show you 10 days past the day you pick and for hollywood studios only shows post 10/11, wonder if that's somehow part of the online glitch, as you can see availability for 10/9, but not for 10/13? I'm supposed to make my reservations on 4/24, I'm shooting for the 10/27 Fantasmic, but I'm a split stay so if I can't make the online system work, I don't think they'll let me make the reservation until 4/28, which is the 180 day mark for my SECOND hotel. By then it might be all gone....

Hit my 180 day mark today and called in about the Fantasmic package. There was availability on Oct. 20th. So I got a good dinner time.

good news!! Did they have availability at all 3 restaurants? ( if you know!)

Figured out my problem, I was looking for a party of 11, which there was no availabilty for... When I broke up my reservation into parties of 4, 5, and 2, we had no problems! So you should be good to go too!

I called this morning to try to get a Fantasmic lunch on Oct 2nd and there was nothing. The CM said it might not be loaded yet, but she wasn't sure. *sigh*
