Phineas & Ferb - Dr. Doofenshmirtz Design?

A few weeks ago I saw someone ask about a design with Dr. D from Phineas and Ferb holding a fastpass and saying something like - The Line Eliminator-inator. I have been looking for that thread, but can't find it. Does anyone know who created this design? I would love to use it! Thanks!

this is awesome!!! I just told my boys last night I'd look and see if someone had done a P&F DISign!!

the one we thought of that I was searching for was "Ferb, I know what we're going to do today!" with some disney park behind them or something like that....
