Omega Kappa Sigma - I guess your airline isn't as cozy with the the FAA inspectors and actually have to pay money and do safety inspections!interesting
I just checked my airfare and it is $300. boo hoo
Cindy - I'm with Jodi (although I won't call you a tool!). You will be MUCH better over the next few weeks if you get some decent rest and recover NOW!! You still have plenty of time to get some miles in.
Steve - Enjoy the roller coaster!
I ran 8 miles this morning. I could use a nap now!

Gotta love gettin' old.

so I decided to run. I ended up running 15 miles. It wasn't pretty. I tried to run very slowly and towards the end I was running super slow, but, for now, I'm still happy I did it. The relatives are off on their own. I guess telling them you plan on running for close to 3 hours makes them not want to wait around for you
I am getting excited about the trip to Boston. I booked the famous Boston Duck Tour for Saturday (also go to expo that day) and the womans marathon Olympic Trials is Sunday, so that should be exciting.
Hopefully this is a solution.
It's a great city, you guys will have fun! I wish I could be @ the marathon trials, too. You saw Carrie's ChiRunning report, too? I've been wanting to attend one for a while, you should DEFINITELY sign up for that one in Charlotte, I KNOW it'll help you.
.
for some good weather for you.
.
Sorry you're feeling so low
. Hopefully a nice spell of sunshine and warm temps will renew your spirits. Can you get to a yoga class while the kids are at school?
? Glad you had a blast at Hershey Park and I completely agree about the decreased ability to tolerate spinning rides as one gets older
. I hope day one of Cleveland Marathon training was super
.
. I will be in King of Prussia Saturday night with DH for a benefit if you want to go for a run early Sunday morning. My LR IS 5 miles
. Just let me know if you'll be around and can make it work
?
