Phamton,Please HELP

I bought tickets last Fall. My computer crashed and I've lost ALL of my ticket info,eg confirmation number and I don't remember what credit card I used. Is there anyway to look up the info? Do I just try and use different cards at the kiosk? Any help you can provide would be a lifesaver! Thanks!!

I would recommend calling Universal and asking them.......they would most likely be able to either send you something, or email it to you.

Just stop at Guest Services outside either park. They can pull up the information and print out your tickets. It's no problem at all. If the order is in your name, you will have no problem picking them up. Just make sure that you bring a photo ID. It happens all the time.
