Pga Golf Tournament at Disney Oct 17-23

Read on another Thread that there will be the PGA golf tourmanent Oct 17-23 has anyone been to Disney while the golf tournament was going on and did it make the parks lot more busy??

We were there last year during the tournament and it didn't seem to be busier. I'm sure the traffic around the Poly, SOG and GF is heavier where the golf courses are located.

Been there for the past 2 years during the Funai classic. Only thing that sticks out to me is the big blimp flying around. Other than that I dont think it had any effect at all on the parks.

I've been there a few years while the tournament has been going on. I didn't notice any difference in crowd levels in the parks. The only thing you might notice that would tip you off that the tournament is being played is a blimp over the course (near the Poly) for most of the day.

We noticed no difference. October was a wonderful time to visit.

with everyone else. We've been going in October for years as well and the Funai Classic doesn't seem to impact the parks themselves too much. But the Poly & GF can get a bit crazy. Also watch out for the Funai vans they are everywhere!
