PETSMART commercial with dog and his toy

I am not a dog person but this commercial makes me smile very time I see it. The dog is a dachsand (sp?) and the commercial shows him carrying around his ratty toy. "Mom" throws it out and they go to Petsmart to buy a new one. My favorite part is when the clerk lifts the dog up and scans the toy while the dog still has it in his mouth.

I actually like all their commercials and it is where I shop for my cats and birds.

I absolutely adore that commercial. The dog is like a little kid where you have to wait for him to be asleep before you can wash the special blanky!

He loves his toy so much, he wouldn't let it go long enough for it to be scanned.

My mom and friend had told me about seeing that commercial numerous times and I had never seen it. I had bought my little guy the Bobo and he carries it around here and there, but last night I saw the commercial for the first time and thought it was SOOOOO cute. If only my little monster would stick to dog toys and not cat toys, cough cough.

We love that commercial so much we DVR'ed it and watch it again and again and again...
We're always asking our Doxie, "Bobo? Where's Bobo?" and she doesn't even have a Bobo. But she cocks her head in response and it's so cute...

Those of us with doxies (5 here) know how true that commercial is. Two of ours go everywhere with their toys. The only way to get the toy back is to wait until they're asleep and GENTLY remove said toy. That is our favorite commercial. We love our dachshunds!

And we own 2 Doxies a boy and a girl. We actually went out to Petsmart and BOUGHT ONE for Mickey, our little boy Doxie......well, in about 10 min it was torn completely UP, and we had to throw it away...stupid dog.
