Peter Pan character wait Lines

hi guys, been watching videos of the Peter Pan meet and greet at MK WDW and it appears that he wanders quite a bit.

Is it possible to line up 10-15 mins prior to a meet and greet time and see him, or do you have to randomly catch him in Fantasyland?

He has a permanent meet and greet location with set times. Usually 10-15 minutes is more than enough time to line up. He was meeting in Adventureland when we were there last, not sure if he's moved recently.

Edit: Kenny the Pirate says he's back in Fantasyland by the Peter Pan ride. Current times: 10-10:20, 11:30-11:55, 12:10-12:50, 1:15-1:45, and 3:40-4:20.

He was in Adventureland in a designated spot last summer. His times were listed on MDE.
