Rope drop Peter Pan is great now. Everyone runs to New Fantasyland for ETWB or Little Mermaid or Ariel's Grotto, so if you head to PP, you should be able to walk on. We went to Peter Pan walked on, then went to New Fantasyland and walked onto Little Mermaid, and then to Ariel's Grotto and just had a few people in front of us to see Ariel. Now, if you head to Peter Pan first, don't expect to get over to ETWB and have a wait of less than 45 minutes or an hour- that is where everyone runs and it builds up fast. There is absolutely no reason to run to Dumbo anymore, at least unless you are in a low crowd time. Our last couple of trips, we have hit it mid morning and never had to wait more than a few minutes. Also, Dumbo is beautiful at night now. I would recommend hitting at a night sometime if you can. We also found that there was virtually no line at night when we were there, we were riding it over and over. Sometimes, the play area is closed at night though, so if that is important be aware of that. Also, be aware that if you do head to Dumbo in the morning that play area can really be a pain because it is hard to get kids out of and you can lose valuable time. Also, if there is no line, they will give you the option to do play area or skip play area- if you do the play area (which some kids will beg for) they give you a beeper set for 8 minutes. It can be hard to get the kids out when that 8 minutes is up.
