So, I'm trying to get all of this stuff together. Its a bit harder than I thought, but with a little work, is coming together...I think
Here is my rough timeline...I have to send this to my WP and see what she has to say about it.
During my initial conversation with her she mentioned that typically DH would be picked up at 4 for the first look and the rest picked up at 430 for a 5PM wedding...Here is what I have let me know what you think...
2: Hair & Make-up
3: Misty to show up. (she said she wouldn't show up any less than 2 hours prior to the wedding to photograph the details.)
4: DH and FOB picked up.
4:30: Everyone else picked up
5: Wedding
6: Cake cutting/Mickey & Minnie/Pre-reception
7: Dinner
9: Fireworks and dessert
11: Van to take guests back to the Pop
Someone posted some pics (maybe on the disney wedding blog) of Wishes from the White Hall Patio...The monorail is an obstruction...but Misty said we could go to the Summer House...Love how she thinks of these things...
I'm bringing stuff to Franck's on Monday.
Need to find out what time DH and I leave GF to get to the WP.
I still need to finish:
-Ordering our glass (Jewish wedding tradition)
-Fix up our vows...(We are using the same ones from the first wedding...just doctoring them up a bit with a reading, blessing and glass breaking)
-Get Tuxes squared away
-Hair trial -hair stylist said she could take care of this...need to check price *gulp*
-Order water to have it sent to resort. (we always do this and it saves us a TON when going....)
-Figure out what scent I want to wear on our wedding day...any suggestions?
-Get Vinylimation Mickey at DTD as a "guest book"
-Book golf
-update ressies for a couple ADRs
Things to pack in my carry on
-Dress
-Place Cards
-to-go boxes
-Glass
-Jewelry & Accessories
Not sure what we are doing about the tux thing...get them there or get them at home???
Glass Breaking
This has been an interesting experience. We wanted to do a glass breaking ceremony, but what do you do with the shards of glass afterwords?

So, we did some looking. I found a place that takes the shards and melts them down into a bowl or vase....DH didn't like that much. Figured we would have a great dust collector that will eventually break.

As much as I have to admit it...I had to agree with him. The cheapest we could do that was $360+$60 for engraving + $65 for shipping

It pretty much came to the same price that it would cost to get my bouquet done at keepsake floral...or at least pretty close and I veto'd that based on price.
So, we looked for some other things.

Which is not as easy as it sounds...And found a kaleidoscope...We would take the shards of glass and put them in the kaleidoscope...the base would be engraved so we would have our names and date...~$36 for the glass with pouch and $120 for the kaleidoscope and $10 for the engraving...MUCH BETTER!

AND I'm going to have a woman that makes glass beads make a couple of those so that I will always have them

Perfect!
Tea Party invitations are made...will post pic shortly...
Those need to go out.
Here are a couple of questions on tips...I know I don't tip photo or officiant b/c they own the companies. I know I should do something for WP. Do I have to do anything for hair and make-up?

HELP! I don't want to do the wrong thing here...
65 days...almost there...I'm still shocked...where did 2 years go.
