Personalized ornaments

We went to disneyland in June and bought an ornament but want to get it personalized. If I take it to downtown disney in Florida will they personalize it?

Possibly, if you have the receipt. I advise if you're going during a busy time to go toward the beginning of your trip. They tend to get backed up and if you only have a couple of days left at the park you may not be able to have it done. We usually go to DTD our first day and get our ornaments.

If you have the receipt or it it's obviously a Disney Parks Ornament, then yes they will. As the PP suggested, make sure you leave plenty of time as they do get very backed up from November onwards.
