Personalized Maps

This may have already been asked but has anyone had problems ordering the personalized maps on Disney's website. I have tried numerous times in the last couple of weeks and it keeps telling me there is an error and to try back again at a later date. We only have 5 1/2 weeks til we leave so I'm getting to the time of not being able to get them.

I didn't have an problems, but keep trying or contact customer service. If it makes you feel any better, it only took about 2 weeks for me to get ours. And I wouldn't stress about having them before your trip. Sure, it'll get the family excited, but you probably won't want to take them to the parks or anything. They are a LOT nicer than regular maps! I do hope you can get it to work though.

Maybe one of those solutions mentioned there will fit your situation. As I recall, one "solution" was to delete the Crystal Palace from the list of favorites...

I had problems with this for weeks (also couldn't view my itinerary or my reservations either). There is a part where you select to use your current itinerary when ordering the maps. I changed that and then it went through.

Someone else posted about this problem (maybe on the family forum?) and I made that suggestion. They replied that they tried it and theirs worked as well.

I wouldn't worry about having them before your trip. I ordered them a month or so ago and they are very nice--too nice to bring to the parks with you. They're really a collectible. I'd use the cheapo park maps they hand out at WDW for the parks and keep the customized maps at home as a keepsake.

totally agree....don't use them in the parks! Way too nice!
