Personalize a autograph book cover??? PLEASE :)

Can someone personalize an autograph cover for me. I like the cover below but if not anything wIth all the characters would be fine. I have posted a few replys but no one has came threw. I am desprit at this point. I am waiting for my cover to get my book binded. Is there anyone willing to personalize any book cover. Hoping to finish my book to get binded tomorrow.
