Personal Member Service Representative

I had a reason to call Member Services earlier this week, and tried to dial the extension I'd been given. I had the hold music on my speaker phone at work while working and really wasn't paying attention to the time. I don't know how long it was, but it was a pretty long time. I eventually gave up and chose the option to transfer to the next available operator, who picked up immediately.
 
The good ones are going to have 2 hour waits and then when you don't have the time to wait you'll get the bottom of the barrel.

But I do like the option.
 
This idea seems like another marketing talking point, something that the guides can brag about when trying to make a sale.

"As a DVC member you will be assigned me as your guide and you will have a dedicated advisor at member services to help you make reservations".
