I had a reason to call Member Services earlier this week, and tried to dial the extension I'd been given. I had the hold music on my speaker phone at work while working and really wasn't paying attention to the time. I don't know how long it was, but it was a pretty long time. I eventually gave up and chose the option to transfer to the next available operator, who picked up immediately.
