I heard that bell services can no longer transfer perishable items when you’re switching resorts. But can they keep items cold if you need them to hold luggage while you wait for your room to be ready?

I heard that bell services can no longer transfer perishable items when you’re switching resorts. But can they keep items cold if you need them to hold luggage while you wait for your room to be ready?

Yes, storage of cold items is available at the resort bell services/luggage assistance. It’s just the resort to resort transfer where they will no longer keep items refrigerated.
