Perfect Day Yesterday at MK

FWIW-I was a little nervous about crowds with all the posts that it has gotten worse over the last few years especially, however doing rope drop and using FP+ mid day crowds were not bad at all. I realize it will be worse after Xmas as that is when we were here last year, however it was a great great day-even the weather was perfect! I really like the new method of walking the crowd back to 7DMT with the rope. We rode that first without worrying about being at the front of the moving mob and were off of it in 13 minutes. Plaza lunch was good, the castle lighting show was good (and they do mention the castle is not theirs BTW/ask for permission to ice it) dinner at Tonys was good, we rode everything except PTC and Buzz. It was a great day. Crowds were a non issue. We are used to being here at spring break and Xmas so that May have something to do with it however they really didn't provide any stress for us. So if coming in the next few days-don't worry!

That's great to hear!

We go every year for Christmas through NYE and believe it or not - there's times where we sit back and say "wow, it really doesn't seem that crowded." But, there's also times that we say "wow, this is unbearable."

I think you hit the parks at a great time - right in between MVMCP ending and the Christmas crowds. This is kind of the "calm before the storm."

It seems that from 12/20-12/23 there's a "lull" in crowds, then again from 12/26 to 12/28 (comparatively speaking.)
