We are staying at POP, but I would really like to try the Pepper Market at Coronado Springs. Is this location considered CS and what would be the best way of getting there from POP using Disney Trans.. Thanks!!!

There is no easy way to go from resort to resort unless you have a car.
The unofficial guide suggests, when traveling from resort to resort with disney transportation, the best thing to do is take a bus, from your resort, to the nearest open park (In this case probably MGM or Epcot) and then transfer there to another bus going to your destination resort.
Speaking from experience, never transfer at DTD.
