Is Pepper Market worth going to Coronado Springs for? We are staying at ASMO, but plan on spending one afternoon riding the monorail and just checking out other resorts. We want to eat lunch somewhere that is considered a CS and think the menu at PM looks good. We will be seeing WL as we have and ADR at WCC, and The contemporary as we are also going to CM's and Concourse. Nothing on the menus at the poly appealed to us. Any suggestions are welcome. By the way we will be on the DDP. Tia.

I don't know that I'd make a special trip to eat at PM. It was ok for me and one DD, DH and other DD didn't care for it. CSR isn't on the monorail loop so you'd need to take a bus. If you plan on checking the resort out to see if you want to stay there one day then that's worth it.

Maya Grill is a TS restaurant at CSR and I thought it was really great and so did the rest of the family. We ate there twice during our stay. They also have a delicious breakfast buffet.

O'hana at the Polynesian is one of our favorites. They have a drink there called Lapu Lapu and it is great!

We just returned from a week @CSR, 4/4 - 4/11, and I believe the Pepper Market is the best CS resort restaurant going. The choices are well varied and the food is very good. Not just packaged fastfood, but well prepared, tasty food.
Don't let the ordering system throw you, it's not that tough. They give you a ticket on entry, you're seated and are served drinks. Then go to the different stations, burgers, salads, asian, pasta, pastries and of course Mexican. Order what you like, enjoy it and pay on the way out, simple.

Enjoy...:thumbsup2

Do you have a rental car or taking the bus?

We ate there a couple of times when staying at ASMu because we literally drove past it coming and going every day so it was easy to pop in and out of. I would not bother traveling by bus for it; it's a hassle getting resort to resort just for a counter service meal.

I thought it was tons better than the AS food courts.

YES...YES...YES! I love Pepper Market. We always make a trip there just to eat.

I have eaten many times at Pepper Market and have never had a bad meal. The wet burrito or the chicken fajitas are AWESOME. You will not be disappointed when you eat there.

Umm, CSR isn't on the monorail line. Also, this is just another food-court type place so I wouldn't go out of my way to eat there if something is more convenient.

I don't know of many food courts at WDW that you can order a prime rib or ribeye steak dinner. If you are on the DDP, everything (all meals) are included too along with the 10% gratuity. Definitely worth the trip.

The menu may be varied, but our visit wasn't that special. Long and annoying lines, food was really only "decent" (not excellent), and the mandatory tip at the cashier was annoying and insulting.

I've never understood the madatory tip there. What does it get you? Or more correctly, what service are you tipping for?

I love the Pepper Market as well! :thumbsup2 Never a bad meal. I like the prime rib and ribeye options. Give it a try! You're only around the corner.

We loved the Pepper Market. It was very convenient, and the food IOHP, was very good..

We stayed at CSR last year, and are staying there again this year.

Try it for yourself, and decide.:goodvibes

Do you tip at a buffet? They are doing the same service, seating you and bringing your drinks. Yes there shouldnt be as many dirty dishes but then the tip is only 10% not 18%

Since we also drive, it was an easy pitt stop on our way back to ASMo...But even on Disney buses if you are out touring anyway why not do it...And it is kind of inbetween counter service and table service (although still a food court) so the fare is a bit nicer (and more expensive) although some find it not as quality as other cs and food courts. And since you wond need an adr you can get there when you get there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stop there. Enough so that even though we were behind schedule and didn't get to tour the place, we are still staying there. I know silly that the food court made that big a deal. But it really was nice for us and thanks to buzz's site i'm absolutely hooked...now if he could stop spreading the word so that not everyone would be trying it and no one would be wanting to stay there the week i'm there it'd be great.

We LOVE Pepper Market and always make sure to stop there!!! We always have a car, but would find a way to get there by bus if we had to. It's definitely worth the trip to us.

I must say that I am truly a Disney fan and don't have many negative comments, but we were at CSR 2 weeks ago and really didn't enjoy the PM.
The resort is beautiful and the staff is friendly, but we won't be returning due to the PM.
Didn't enjoy the system and found the food to be average.
Only ate there for breakfast!
The lady who hands out the muffins is a stitch. I really enjoyed her:banana:
Just my opinion, but all 4 of us agreed on it.
