Pepper Market - Very Disappointed

We're currently staying at Coronado Springs and we went to the Pepper Market for a late dinner. When we got there and got seated, we looked at the menu. We were very disappointed in the food. On the menu, for the kids there was only mac and cheese, a hot dog, chicken tenders, and pizza. The exact same things a kid can get everywhere else at the parks and resorts. For adults, there were burgers, sandwiches, chicken, etc. Again, the same thing you can get anywhere else in the parks and resorts. And everything was also extremely expensive, too! We were so disappointed. Because you would think that at a mexican restaurant, they would have more mexican food. All of the major mexican food wouldn't be served after 4:00. All of the nachos and quesadillas were only served from 11:00am to 4:00pm. When most of the people are at the parks. We were there at 7:30pm. I don't understand why they wouldn't serve all that good food all day. It makes no sense. I thought it was terrible. We didn't even eat or anything. We didn't order drinks or anything, (we had the resort mugs) we just left and told the girl at the desk that we didn't think the food or it's prices were great at all. She said "Yeah, I know" like many other people have complained. And I can see why. We ended up going to Wolfgang Puck at Downtown Disney. We thought the food was great and the prices were fair. We got a salad, and four entrees that also came with drinks. For the same price we paid at Wolfgang Puck, we could have gotten four entrees at the Pepper Market with no drinks. (we had resort mugs, free refills) That's ridiculous. I thought the Pepper Market menu was horrible and I do not think we're going to go there until the menu changes back to the old menu, which I hope it does. I was just very disappointed in the Pepper Market. You think it would be more like the San Angel Inn (only with better service) with real mexican food. Not burgers and chicken with ridiculous prices. I was just not impressed with the Pepper Market. :(
