We really enjoyed Pepper Market a few weeks ago, but only ate there for breakfast. Be prepared to be a little bit confused the first time you go there. It gets easier with time. Case in point; if you want scrambled eggs in the morning, DO NOT go to the omelet/eggs "cooked to order" station. Scrambled eggs are at a special station. I think my only real complaint other than that, is it can take awhile to get back to your table, if you want food from multiple stations. Have your group split up if need be (for example, I should have sent my kids to get toast, while I got us eggs. Instead, I got my eggs and then got in the toast line and by the time I got back to the table, my eggs were a bit lukewarm.) LOL - one more issue now that I think about it, I guess I also wasn't happy that eggs and omelets came with a biscuit or muffin. I mean, it's only 95 cents for toast, but I just didn't want the biscuit or muffin period.
As far as the wait is concerned, in general, it seemed like breakfast was the longest line of the day. It can be worse if there's a convention going on. But even though the line looked really bad, we were seated in about 10 minutes.
Finally, I really didn't mind the 10% tip. It was worth it to me to not have to get up & refill my own coffee (and our server gave me a go cup as well.) And the quality and variety of the food, at least at breakfast, was far superior to many CS options at other resorts. I felt like we were getting a TS quality breakfast for a CS credit. My kids liked it so much, they asked to go back a 2nd time.
