penny floating at tower of terror

I'm reading this thinking, yeah that would be pretty cool to see, but I am also wondering if it is a very safe/good idea. As some have noted, if you do not know or cannot see where an object goes, how do you know it will not hit someone or gum up the machine works. I think they ask people to secure all loose items for a reason--both for safety and to protect the attraction. Man--I must be getting old--suddenly, I'm my father!

:D

We were at WDW a couple of weeks ago, during that time we made MANY attempts to " get to our room " at the TOT. During several of our attemtps to get to our room I was wearing a mini DV camcorder around my neck...........WAY COOL !! It floated up to about eye level many times and since it was much larger than a penny it was easy to watch. It never came close to going anywhere out of site, it was just neat. We never did get to our room though...
