Sadly, we had a nonsender for this month. But, on the plus side, I did receive from my other two pen pals, and it has been great knowing both of you ladies!

I received my letter and twists from Patricia yesterday. It has been quite enjoyable having you as a pen pal. She sent me a lemonade mix, a picnic tablecloth and "another item" (I forgot what it was)

Received my letter/twist from Maria today. I got FlavorAid 10 Pack Assorted Flavors. She said she makes slushies out of them in the summer. Why do I forget these things from childhood?! Of course DD has made Cherry already. It was nice getting to know you Maria!

Had a great trip! My daughter will be college bound in September.

Haven't seen my letter yet. With the volume of tax mail going through the system, I figure it will be end of the week before it shows. Just means that I get something nice in the mail after mailing my tax check out!

It sure is taking a long time

It hasn't been returned to me, so I guess that is good.


P.S. I reprinted the letter (good thing about a computer!!). I am leaving tomorrow to spend 5 1/2 days with my daughter and her family. If you haven't gotten the letter in the next day or so, I will resend it and the "twist".

Guess what showed up today!?

There are 4 different postmarks on the envelope. This letter made a very strange trip to here. I can read 2 of them --Denver and Chicago! ?????What were the postal sorters thinking? I am a straight shot across the bottom of the country not the top....???

Thank you for the letter....I have made 1 trip to WDW already (easter weekend) and have 2 more planned --September and October...and with luck, I will be working there in late October.

I love my twists! Cindy sent me Mango flavor and Strawberry flavor fruit rolls by Jovy...I am loving the Mango flavor...makes me want my favorite Mango-peach smoothie!

Thanks for being great pen pals Cindy & Patsy.. Sad to see this round end....makes me ready for the next one.
