As for the massage, You always deserve some pampering. I think you can set some boundaries in advance!

The first time we went to WDW on our own, we got vouchers for CS meals and paid OOP for a couple of TS meals. We found there are alot of good choices for CS other than burgers and fries every time. If budget is a concern, I would go for the QS! If everyone else is doing the DDP, I would do that, because there will be more time for "togetherness."

Your plans are coming together! We'll be at DL for a day in August, BTW. Still not sure about which day - we'll be staying with Jim's uncle and he always makes the plans. I'll try to keep you informed.

Oh what could've been
Since my aunt and uncle are not coming with us in February it came down to either Kim and Allan or my friends and me for the extra bedroom at BLT...it was to be a cage match between Kim and me. However, Wendy decided it would be better if Kim stayed with them, releasing the single guys from being mobbed by 3 rambunctious kids....Oh what could've been.....


Well, there's always two sides to every coin, Jordan. BLT would've been great, but now you guys can just hang out and be guys without having to edit yourselves around the little kids.

... who, may I remind you, tend to wake up very, very early!!


Dates are set
I'm staying Saturday, February 6th-Thursday, February 18th. 8 days at Pop, the last 4 at BWV(hopefully).

Mmmm... BWV... sounds heavenly!


DDP or not
I am fairly sure we'll do the Dining Plan. For me it's less about the cost effectiveness and more about paying upfront for your food. The trip has a more all inclusiveness feel when you are not continually whipping out cash/credit cards for every meal. Now it's between doing the Quick Service Plan or the regular DDP...any thoughts?


All depends... do you think you'll be doing one TS meal per day? Then go with DDP regular. If you're going to be doing a lot of CS, do the QS!


Backstage Magic or not
If you search the depths of your memory, I had tried to book the Backstage Magic Tour in 2008, but it was full every day I was there.I am contemplating trying again, but if I do, it takes up pretty much one whole day that I'm solo. I'd kinda like a bit more flexibility. We'll see..anyone done the tour?


Oh, definitely try to do it!! Ed and I loved Keys to the Kingdom. I thought I knew a lot about the MK, but I learned a lot!! It was fun!


Spa or not
I haven't had a massage at WDW since my masseuse decided that rubbing my behind was part of her routine. I'd like to get one again, but have no experience going to one of the full service spas. Wendy's been to Mandara Spa at the Dolphin. Anyone been to any of the other 2 main ones? I like deep tissue.

My favorite is the Grand Floridian!!
Just don't get the reflexology at SSR! (Remember Brutus??)

Morning Jordan !! If I go in Feb , with the DREADED Cheerleaders I am pushing for DDPQS!! Teens will easily eat $30 a day so t would be crazy not to andI do not want to be making ressies a restaurants for that many!!!! This is all very IFFY till December anyway!!!

You can purchase the TiW card (around 70 bucks) if you are an Annual Pass Holder or a FL Resident.
